How we started working with big brands creating content as a family

August 2026 · 5 min

When we started The Mastro Family, there was no big business plan behind it.

The idea was much simpler:

live incredible experiences with our kids and document them.

Fabrizio and Bruno were growing up too fast, and we wanted to have memories of this stage while discovering places other families could enjoy too.

But little by little, something we didn't expect happened.

The experiences started turning into content.

The content started connecting with other families.

And brands started noticing us.

Over these months we've had the chance to create content around experiences with brands and destinations like LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Peppa Pig Theme Park, Aquatica, The Grove Resort, glamping experiences, restaurants and different Florida attractions.

And behind every pretty video there was a lot of learning.

Learning to film.

Learning photography.

Editing.

Telling stories.

Understanding lighting.

Going from simply editing content for social media to working with cameras, RAW, color grading, DaVinci Resolve, and an increasingly professional production.

But the most important lesson was probably a different one.

Followers help. Trust is worth more.

When a brand decides to work with you, they're not just looking at how many people follow you.

They're trusting part of their image to you.

That's why our priority became creating content that could accomplish two things at once:

making our audience want to live the experience…

and making the brand proud to share the content.

That's really where our way of working was born.

We don't want to do traditional advertising

Our philosophy is simple:

if we take our kids somewhere, we want to show what it actually feels like to be there.

Their reaction.

The small moments.

The food.

The details.

The laughter.

Even the things a traditional commercial would probably never show.

Because families aren't just buying a park ticket, a room, or a dinner.

They're buying the chance to live something together.

And that difference is exactly what we want to convey.

What's next?

A lot.

The Mastro Family is still just getting started.

We want to keep discovering Florida, travel more, work with brands that share our values, and build a platform where a family can show up before planning a trip and think:

"Let's see what The Mastro Family says."

That's the goal.

Turning all these experiences into a community.

And turning every place we discover into a story another family can live too.
